The creation and how did it evaporate?

In this work, the skin of a goat skin (a kosher animal) is stretched in a frame. Some of the animal’s hair was retained as part of the piece to maintain some of its primal and animalistic characteristics, while another part of the skin was shaved, as is the parchment used to write Holy Scriptures.

The written words are from the first verse of the Old Testament: “In the beginning…..” (Genesis 1:1). God’s name is omitted from the sentence as if it was liquefied into oblivion.
